144 explosive items were destroyed

Russian military engineers involved in demining the area in the zone of responsibility of the Russian peacekeeping forces in Nagorno-Karabakh discovered and neutralized 87 explosive objects per day. By this time, they had cleared more than 2 hectares of terrain and about 3 km of roads, including a section of the road on the southern outskirts of Stepanakert with a length of more than 1.5 km. 

In total, 144 explosive objects were destroyed during the operation. The servicemen participating in demining are equipped with modern protective sapper suits and are armed with modern means of searching for explosive objects: mine detectors NR-MMD and searchers NR-900EK3M “Eagle”.
